The Golden Lake

i have been on a spiritual path for a long time- with my background and studies in astrology, depth psychology, shadow work, priestess path, ancient mystical traditions (celtic/egyptian/mayan/hawaiian) and more. it is not often i find a book that i want to give a 5 star review. in addition it is rare for me to read channelled material that feels clear and grounded. this book has that so i am writing a review i am only halfway through and already looking into trainings with lyssa. i highly recommend this book as it weaves the cosmic with the mundane- emotional work & shadow work are key on the path of ascension and she speaks to that. she also talks about galactic family in ways that feel true to me. to be honest there is so much channelled material flying around about galactic beings- so much of it feels ungrounded or just not authentic or accurate. so i have just had my own experience and kind of stuck to that. but what she describes validates my experience and she really has a way of 'bringing heaven down to earth' so we can ground the cosmic energies. great book! i am now getting the card deck and the lyra book. highly recommended!

We-there you believe in aliens or not, it doesn't matter. What matter is the wisdom that is shared. Most importantly changing your mental habits. Like controlling your emotions, which is just dumb. Its better to just let them pass, don't hold on to them. The're like water, water does best when its flowing, not stagnant. Another cool trick is to feel two competing emotions, one that you desire and one that you want to avoid. At the same time feel them. Creates friction between, the hotter it gets, the easier is going to be to destroy all your barriers. Barriers that you put up to keep from feeling the pain of your wounds. Fire and water create plasma (liquid fire). Plasma goes into your wound and heals it. You create this when you do this meditation( feeling two competing emotions). That is how you heal efficiently and practically. For the times that we are living now, This what we all need to feel that peace of mind, and get that rest we need mentally. More than anything.

This is a profoundly wise and intelligent book. I have read many books on our connection to ETs and the history of our planet and universe, but I have never read anything so clear, wise, practical and heartfelt. I have been so blessed by this experience that it's hard to put into words, but I want to express my appreciation to the author for the work she has done to bring this forward. I highly recommend it!

The lessons and principles in this book are invaluable to anyone on the spiritual journey. We would treat each other better as humans and help accelerate our species into integration of humans understood these principles and where we came from. Thank you Lyssa for sharing these messages with us

This book is very timely this fall with the world government leaders behaving like spoiled children with tantrums and lies. We need to look within. Why are we on this Earth? What is the deeper meaning of life here? Can we learn to accept each other and move forward for a new approach to understanding our addictions instead of destroying our nest? Lysss is tying together her life's work of The Prism of Lyra and Galactic Heritage helping us understand what is our mission in life. When we stare at the night sky, we search for home....be open to her words and be enlightened.

This book summarizes what I have learned in a yet more refined way. I didn’t know that I had questions unanswered until I read this book which were beautifully answered in this book. I was getting more and more aware of my shadow sides. What I was feeling was indicated here: the strong acceleration and pressure toward integration and how the shadow sides need to be “embraced” for integration. To embrace the shadow, you gotta dive in, not avoid it, to fully feel it, to be vulnerable without judgement, with compassion and self-forgiveness. Only then, you are free of the ‘anchors’ holding you down. I can tell that I’m or we are almost there or to the awakened state (of non polarity). I can feel this energy within me. This was one of my question! It was very nice to see the map of our galactic family and their love and unfinished business affecting Earth humans. I could see why my teachers call them ETs our cousins, brothers and sisters and through this book I’m clearly convinced that they really are! What a timely book! What a knowledge. Immense. Thank you.

This book details info from channel guides who experienced evolution on other star systems that have influenced earth since ancient times. They are a part of our genetic heritage. They were a part of various species(Lyrans, Sirians, etc.) that evolved beyond duality and became fully integrated. In fact, the entire book is about this mysterious process called "integration" where you embrace your dark sides and try to fully understand them. To them, this is how you move up the spiritual ladder. OK, this theory is interesting I must say.... but their explanation of what happens after death is disturbing to say the least. I have been reading spiritual books and followed spiritual paths for many decades.... and not one of them ever claimed that when you die you immediately go into a golden pond that represents all of creation.... and your ego, identity, and self awareness is dissolved. Like a drop of water in a lake, you no longer have an individual identity. You are obliterated, swallowed up, and merged into the ALL OF CREATION. All the other spiritual teachings I have read would describe this state as the ultimate one can possibly attain and can only be entered after mastering all the different density levels(stages of evolution) from 1 through 7. Lyssa's channel guides do not even mention these other density levels. In other words, you go directly to the ultimate heaven upon death in 3rd density planet earth. And when drops of water leave the golden lake to reincarnate, they are a newly created ego identity. Can one see the ramifications of this teaching ? It means there is no karma for one's actions. One can live a life of pure evil and if he escapes the clutches of the law before he dies, he never will pay for his sins. Instead, he goes into the golden pond where all his sins are absorbed into the whole. Sorry, but I just cannot buy into this teaching where an individual is never held responsible for his actions except on a group level...

Absolutely brilliant. It will ask and challenge your thoughts on yourself. It deeply touched me, my thoughts of myself. I highly recommend this book to read atleast once. Please read the prism of lyra first and then this one to grasp the full context of this book.

I started reading with incredulity. I ended the book with heartfelt gratitude for the teachings and learnings about our place in the cosmos around us. The galactic history of other planets around us has much to inspire and challenge us to use this time of integration to contribute to the evolution of our planet. There is wisdom and compassion given to us in the channeled messages that opens the heart and mind. I loved it.

I have the utmost respect, admiration and gratitude for the work that Lyssa Royal-Holt has been doing along with the Sirians and Pleiadians she works with. I find the integrity and groundedness of this work to be most valuable. There is a great deal of channelled material around these days and some of it can seem difficult to apply to everyday life. By contrast, the material included in The Golden Lake contains practical wisdom that we can use to change our consciousness. Instead of channelling becoming escapism from our human lives, this book shows us how to become more human, specifically by doing the deep inner work with our shadows. Everything in this book is presented with love and without judgement. Lyssa's work may attract less fanfare than the messages from other channels (everyone has their role to play) but the quality of teachings she brings through are second to none. I would highly recommend The Golden Lake, The Prism of Lyra and also the Galactic Heritage Cards which are now also available as an app.

the book goes deeply into many areas of how creation works and it requires some dedication, time to ponder to get an understanding. I love it very much!
