We love this desk!Having sold our house and moving into a rental unit for a few months, we needed a desk that would accommodate a monitor and many ,many drives (because I work in the media industry), with plenty of space for other things.Well, this was easy to assemble with the included tool , incredibly sturdy, beautifully designed and wonderful to work on, so I bought another one for my partner!Reading the reviews, you will see that some people got damaged goods and I'm sure that has happened and other people found it difficult to put together, which I'm sure could be a problem for a small group of folks, but this is not only an incredible value but a wonderfully useful piece of furniture for someone who needs a small desk that fits beautifully into a small space.It does the job!A+ plus plus plus

I bought this desk because I needed to get something quickly to use in a very small temporary work space. Some of the reviews that I read suggested that this desk was hard to put together and might arrive damaged or with missing parts/holes. That was NOT my experience. My desk arrived in a day with no condition problems, and I found it to be very easy to put together. Even though the small shelf on the bottom of the desk limits leg space I still like to use it to hold items that usually clutter up my work space.The look of the desk is very sleek and attractive. It’s also so sturdy that I can imagine finding other uses for it after I eventually move into a larger office area that would accommodate a larger work desk. I recommend this desk if you want to get something that fits small spaces but is inexpensive, sturdy, easy to assemble and looks great.

Value and easy set up!! Took about 30 minutes. If you have a small room you work in, say a college dorm or you're in a AirBNB situation this is perfect to put you electronics in a neat space.

I needed something small and affordable and this one fit the bill. I ordered 3 of them.PROS-if you’re looking for something to fit in small spaces, this is perfect. I am using them as work desks for homeschooling so I needed to fit 3 desks in a row, these gave us plenty of extra space so the kids aren’t crammed on top of each other. They also shipped out the same day I ordered them, which was great! Assembly is very basic and simple.CONS-they’re definitely cheap quality. But if they hold up a full school year or longer, they’re probably worth the $57 I paid for them. 1 of the desks arrived with one of the leg caps completely shattered right in the box, leaving some sharp edges-I’m hoping to just find a solution myself to remedy that. The bottom shelf is not the best design. The shelf itself is plenty big enough, but with the back bar running across the back of it, you do lose an inch or more of usable space; which leaves my kids’ school books hanging over the edge. This also creates less leg space as you’re sitting at the desk. Finally, although the assembly is SIMPLE, it wasn’t necessarily easy because the pieces don’t line up well and a lot of the metal seems warped and bent. There was also a lot of discoloration in the metal, some rusty dust all over it (which wiped off easily), and even some wiry pieces of metal hanging off of some of the parts.With it all said and done, I kept all 3 desks as I just needed something quick, small, and affordable-and these worked for that. If they hold up for multiple school years, they will be more than worth it.

The good things are that it does look nice and was really easy to assemble. But you do get what you pay for. The metal parts are fine but the design (bowed feet/cantilever shelf) causes my screen to wobble a bit when I type. The lower shelf is pretty high at 29.25" (I was hoping for 28.5" but this dimension appears nowhere in the description); top shelf is almost 33". The shelves are very poor quality and arrived with small chip marks underneath. I don't know what they're made of but 2 things I've never seen before: 1) The edges are covered not with the thick plastic coating I'm used to with laminates, but a film/tape(?) as thin as a taut surgical glove. Looks like I could just scrape it right off. 2) When I tightened a screw securing one shelf on its underside to the base, the screw became visible, pushing the top of the shelf up and almost busted right thru before I noticed it. I can't bother to take it apart and return it and if the frame works out, I may just get real wood shelves. Would have paid $50 more even for plywood.

This is perfect for working from home. It was easy to put together, it's sturdy and I use the shelf for my monitor AND laptop... The monitor's base does hang over the back of the shelf a little but it doesn't alter the safety of the monitor. I love this desk!

Metal part, was damaged, the metal was rolled up and without the black cap.
