I have read this book multiple times earlier, but this time lots of what was written made sense to me. If you can understand what the author is trying to say, it can work wonders for you.

Amazing!

It’s a great book. I have personally seen a lot of changes in my life while practising the lessons in the book. If you diligently follow the instructions you will see magnificent changes in your life. You also feel very good on a daily basis while doing the exercises called out in the book

The CD is missing and the last page is cut!!! The cover is torn , label is badly scratched. The ends are old and folded.This is cheating. I would like to return this book .

I hate this book bcz there is no usefull information is not there.. plz don't read this book , if you read this book you will get headache.. I wasted my money to purches this book
