First and foremost, the fit of these arm sleeves was far from satisfactory. Despite following the sizing guidelines provided, the sleeves did not fit properly. They were either too loose or too tight, resulting in an uncomfortable and awkward fit. This lack of proper fit made wearing the sleeves a cumbersome experience.Moreover, I found that these arm sleeves did not provide the promised relief or assistance. The claims of reducing inflammation and relieving pain were not realized in my case. I did not experience any noticeable improvement in my arm or elbow discomfort while using these sleeves. The lack of effectiveness was disappointing, considering the specific purpose these sleeves were designed for.The materials used in the construction of these sleeves, consisting of 63% Polyester, 27% Nylon, and 10% Spandex, did not contribute to their overall performance. The imported nature of the product did not translate into a higher level of quality or functionality. I had expected better results given the specific fabric blend claimed to offer anti-inflammatory benefits and increased blood flow. Unfortunately, this did not seem to be the case.Additionally, the cleaning instructions provided were standard and did not set these sleeves apart from other similar products. While the sleeves were easy to clean, with the recommendation to wash them warm or cold and tumble dry low, this convenience did not compensate for their lack of effectiveness

I'm only giving this review a 4 star because it looks like there was a sizing and color mistake with the Amazon ad and therefore I received the wrong color and size, however I was able to return it.I work in home therapy as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and I'm a 20 year retired Navy Parachute Rigger that had ACL knee surgery back in the middle 90's. My knee was stable for years after but towards the end of my Naval career it started acting up especially with rigorous tasks like working on the flight deck of a aircraft carrier. I just learned to deal with it. It would periodically flare up and become unstable and painful for a week or so until the inflammation while have time to subside. I got use to taking Tramadol like it was candy to deal with the pain.After retiring from the Navy the VA kept putting off my request for knee surgery and instead gave me an uncomfortable bulky expensive knee brace to use for stabilizing my knee when it would flare up and become weak.About 3 years into my second career in home therapy I came across Incrediwear at one of my patient's home. I gave it a try and it was a game changer. Instead of having to deal with a weak and painful knee for a week or so after it would flare up from tasks like working in the yard or brought on by the adverse weather changes. I would sleep using the knee sleeve and about 90% of the time the pain and unstableness of the knee would be gone the following morning. This product is like getting the benefits of cold therapy which is recommended to be applied for 20-30 minutes 3 times a day, however some people don't like cold therapy and are immobile while using the cold pack. The negative ion therapy technology allows you to get the benefits of reducing inflammation as long as you wear the sleeve which can be done as long as you like and allows you to be mobile at the same time.Once I saw the product worked for me I started recommending it to my patients and over time I noticed that about 70% of them would get pain relief. I suspected that the other 30% may have needed Total Knee Replacement surgery or some other form of invasive surgery.About 9 years after I retired from the Navy I finally got my knee surgery through the VA under the new Choice program. I had arthroscopy surgery to fix an old meniscus tear that was the cause of my knee problems for so many years. I no longer need to use the knee sleeve, but I'm using the arm sleeves now since I've been dealing with stubborn chronic tennis elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis) for about 7 months from clearing out a fence line of overgrown vegetation.Some of my patient's have tried other Incrediwear products like the gloves, shoulder, and elbow sleeves with positive pain relief made. I highly recommend this product for an inexpensive and non-invasive way to cope with chronic joint and sometimes neuropathy pain.I know first hand how chronic joint pain/weakness can become really old and depressing at times. Hope my review helps you decide to try this inexpensive and none medicine pain relief alternative.

The quality

I purchased the arm sleeve to support recovery from a triceps tear. My upper body is at most average. I don't have much fat on my arms. Based on measurements I ordered a medium. WAY too small. I returned it and ordered a large. It's still tight but works. The company either needs to re-size this product or create one or two more sizes for larger arms. As to its healing properties, I do find the sleeve seems to help with discomfort and limitations caused by the injury.

These work great for sore joints. I use the knee, elbow and full arm sleeves and they definitely help with soreness.

The sleeve is very comfortable and fits great. Measure yiu arm 1st, glad I did. My only complaint is the price @ $40, $10 cheaper would be perfect

This seems to be a good product but there is no size small, they offer a "s/m" size which fits medium but will slide down your arm if you need a small. Instead, you should purchase the leg sleeve which will fit a small woman's arm.Apparently there aren't enough small people for them to bother making a small size to actually fit properly.

Works like they say it will. I've bought more to share with friends and family.
