Comfortable to sleep

Has never been comfortable
We could not return this. Have suffered with it from day one. Now it gives no support and has gaps in the middle and on the edges.

Needs replaced after 3 years
This mattress has become entirely warn out in the middle. The sides are bowed out, and it is obviously collapsed in the middle. It used to be comfortable, but now it hurts our back. Being middle-aged and below average weight, it is clear that this simply a poor quality mattress that did not last.Although the retailer still had proof of purchase and we were within the warranty period, we were told that they were not able to honor the warranty because it didn’t have the original tag on it.
