TOODOO Vertical Blind Repair Tabs Vertical Blind Vane Saver, Clear (60 Pieces)

I used these over the years to repair vertical blinds, and normally this is an excellent solution. However, these particular ones do not stick. There seems to be something wrong with the adhesive. Ordinarily, they are on for life, but not these. I read the reviews after the fact, and I was hardly the only one to complain about this. Don’t buy this brand! Look at the reviews of the others being sold and purchase another brand.

I have lots of tall windows with 3-1/2" wide vertical blinds in my apartment. Although the blinds themselves were in pretty good shape, about 85% of the holes to hang them had been damaged causing them to fall or hang poorly. It was going to be very expensive to replace all the blinds so I searched Amazon and decided to give TooDoo repair tabs a shot. I ordered 60ct pack & received them within 1-2 days. Installation was pretty simple - fold tab, peel backing off and attach over the top of each blind. Removing the backing was the most challenging part of the installation -at least until I got my rhythm down. The repair tabs are strong and and barely noticeable. My blinds look like new! The tabs made all of my blinds hang evenly. Note: I removed dust/oil from each blind by cleaning the tops with a paper towel dampened with alcohol & let it dry before applying the tabs.

I used this product to repair broken blinds. Looking at prior reviews, I was worried about whether they would really adhere, but I made sure to firmly press them against the slats I was repairing and there was not adhesion problem at all. It's a little tricky to fold and position them correctly, but I was careful and managed to repair all the slats successfully. Photo shows repaired slat on the left and slat not needing repair on the right.REVISION: 15 Aug 2019. I would now say I'm "Fairly satisfied" rather than "Satisfied." It turns out that the adhesive could not hold up to the weight of the slats, and the repair tabs I used eventually failed. I put up new ones and with a dab of super-glue, they are holding up much better.

I have a 2 year old that is a hellian and likes to tug on my cheap blinds. He broke every single blind I had and then I put these on the top. He can’t pull them down and they don’t break with his tug so now he is no longer interested in my blinds

The glue used on the repair tabs is not sufficient to provide reliable adhesion. Returning the product for a refund required driving 10 miles out of my way in hopes of finding a UPS store that could read QR codes.Poor quality product and even worse customer service. Waste of money.

I really only needed about 10-15 of these but they 30 pack was a better deal. I have those cheap blinds in my apartment and ive already had atleast 6 of them break off, so i was planning on buying a whole new blind at a home depot or something to replace them. Ran into these on amazon and theyre super helpful. All you do is put them over the original hole on the blind thats broken and it basically makes a new hole for the teeth to hold. I made sure to really seal down the sticky before rehanging the blind, its been 3-4 days and theyre holding up! I have had zero issure with it breaking or the blind falling off so im happy!

Saved a lot of money with these adhesive tabs. I had four or five vertical blind vanes that were broken at the top hole where the van snaps into the plastic retainer. The vanes were in perfect condition. Installing the tabs was easy and I did not have to replace any of the vanes. Love this product.

I live in a rental with these vertical blinds. Bought these to repair the blinds as new slats are expensive. Followed instructions. 4 slats have fallen in 3 hours with these pieces of junk on them. My cardboard and tape method worked better and held longer! Not worth the 8 bucks, and back to the drawing board.
