Just received this furniture. My 12 year old put it together. It looks nice and sturdy. Can’t wait to use it for a BBQ post Carona 😷

product arrived smaller than pictured, + absolutely CHEAP quality. my 15 year old daughter was able to pick up the furniture with her pinky, absolutely flimsy and would not be surprised If It was blown over during a particularly windy day. over $2000 for this??I tried returning and explained and sent photos clearly demonstrating that the furniture was different from that pictured (perhaps they used a stock photo) - they demanded I agree to pay over $300 in return shipping fees. I contacted amazon, who agreed this was the sellers responsibility, and they opened a A-Z claim. Seller purposely only uploaded 1 return label (when 4 was required for all boxes), to get the claim dismissed, then would privately message me and tell me "accept that the return fee is on you and we will send you the rest of the labels."Has been an absolute pain, ongoing for a month now - from sending me wrong labels, to suddenly going back to "there is no damage or nothing wrong, shipping is on you" even after amazon has told them to refund me fully, etc.Please consider buying furniture elsewhere, and through amazon PRIME. because It is a private seller, amazon was very limited in what they could do to help.

Received 3 of the four boxes in a very timely manor. Fourth box got lost but received a new one after a couple weeks. The furniture is very carefully packed and is ready to go out of the box (no assembly). The reason it's no assembly however is because it's all plastic. There doesn't appear to be any metal in the frames. That being said it's very very light. Plan on it blowing around in the wind or easily sliding around on a deck. We are looking for some sort of rubber feet that we can slide over the legs to help prevent sliding when people sit down and stand up.We ordered the "Big" size furniture...and it's ok. Definitely would not call it big. Also.. it sits really low... not uncomfortable but it might be difficult for seniors to stand up.Overall I think the set is OK and so far customer service has been great. I don't see the furniture lasting more than a few years but only time will tell. I am considering returning it but we no longer have the boxes..If you are looking for great entry level furniture with lots of pieces.. this it. If you are looking for high quality...keep looking but plan on spending alot more.

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: The customer service is top notch. They were very responsive and immediately sent me new chair and cushion and tracked them to make sure they were delivered.You get what you pay for, this is a cheap price for a lot of furniture and frankly my dog is on it all day so I’m glad I didn’t spend 6 grand on the highest quality. But still you can’t lay back or get comfy because of the cushions. But we have really enjoyed sitting in the sunroom with company.——————————-The product is decent for the price but it’s much lower to the ground than I expected. I should have measured ground height from the base of the chair. It wouldn’t be bad but the cushions are hard as rocks. There is absolutely no give in the cushions. I’ll have to buy new ones from somewhere else.It came missing a cushion and one of the chairs is so poorly made that the seat is diagonal and the chair rocks back and forth. Not even usable.I decided against paying for top quality but I’m going to have to redo this purchase and look around next year. It works for now.

Nice style worth the money
