I ordered this in October and was super excited to put it up in December. I got all my Christmas lights up and working and 2 days later it rained and now Santa doesn’t pop out! It runs but not like it should! Very disappointed!Although this happened they were very quick to make things right! I appreciate all the time they took making me have a pleasant experience now. They were very considerate on my behalf.

Really fun decoration and easy to set up. However, my first one broke within days. I exchanged it, which was a quick and easy process. However, the second one broke within a week as well. Both times, the tree would stay inflated, but the fan under the Santa would stop working. As a result, the Santa wouldn’t go up and down anymore. Otherwise, I’d just order a inflatable tree. Returning the second and ordering something else.

We received this Santa pop in great condition and as promised. The set up was very easy. In fact hubby tested it out inside before putting it up in the yard. We had a lot of rain during Christmas and Santa held up very well. The colors are very attractive and it was easy to store after Christmas. The Santa popping out of the top thrilled the little kids. Great purchase! Very pleased, I would recommend this to any buyer.

This inflatable looks good, works fine once upright and level. Needs to be on level ground to get upright and work right on its own. Got water inside when heavy rain. So I had to help it quite often to operate correctly. Because of the water inside, one of the LED lights quit working. When dry and working, it's awesome!

This is a really cute and neat decoration while it lasts, but don't expect it to last very long. We used it for 1 and half Christmas seasons and it wouldn't work when we got it out of storage this year it wouldn't work at all.

This inflatable is super cute and my kids love it, but it came with three large holes along the seams in random places. I discovered this when I plugged it in and it was kind of floppy. I had to feel for where the air was leaking out. Thankfully, I sew, so these were easy for me to repair on my machine, but nobody loves doing repairs on brand new purchases.Edit: Four holes. 🙄 Three of the four were on the Santa portion, which were more of a pain in the rear to access and fix.

This is the worst blowup you can buy. The Santa stops going up and down after about 2 weeks. I’ve had two of these and both crapped out after 2 weeks. They sent me a replacement once but the second time they were like “o’well, you exchanged it once so we won’t do it again” even though it’s a crappy item. DO NOT BUY THIS BECAUSE IT WILL STOP WORKING.

This came in a nice carry-bag (to store it when deflated) and 2 long strings & many stakes to tie in down. It inflated easily as soon as I plugged it in. The Santa head poked up from the top of the tree every few seconds & then “hid” into the tree - like a peekaboo!
