These are perfect! I do meal preps for a client of mine that has difficulty keeping to an eating schedule. 3 days worth of food would be gone in one day. I was at my wits end with ways to help my client when I looked into locking her food. I recalled timed locking safes so I searched on Amazon. Lo and behold, my answer was here. With the perfect size and exactly what I needed to keep my client from overeating.They are very sturdy, self explanatory and reliable. With consideration to my client’s condition, the lid does not pop open great enough to avoid accidental reclosing of the lid. I had to cut a coil hair tie and put in between to ensure the lid springs up further away from the closure. This allows my client to pick it up by the opening versus accidentally closing it again while picking it up.For the average person this would not be a problem as you can manually open it again by pressing two buttons simultaneously. My client is limited in vision and technology, so teaching them was not an option. Other than that, it’s perfect!

Purchased this product to help me cut back on vaping. It worked well for the first week, but the emergency override never worked. Fine I guess, otherwise it would defeat the purpose of the product, but not even 10 days after purchase it stopped opening when the timer ran out. The manual suggests plugging it in with the provided usb cable, but that didn't fix the problem. If you want to buy a timed lockbox, do not buy this one, go buy a different one of a higher quality.

This is really cool and nice to own especially with thanksgiving coming. My plan is to take all the young ones phones and lock them up so we can actually enjoy family time. You can pick how long to lock them up and it a nice big size. Great for many other reasons and locking things up for certain times.

I have insomnia and take ambien. I made the mistake one night of taking it and reading. I should know better, once taken the only safe thing to do (besides not taking it at all) is to do nothing else but lay down close your eyes. It took effect while I was awake. That's especially bad for older women like me. I got up took a few more over the course of the night and wandered around the house till 3:30 am, according to my husband and the missing pills. I remembered none of it. I ordered this the next morning. Now I take the prescribed dose and lock it up. It's tough luck for me if I can't still sleep like last night. I gave it 4 star's since I can see how you can smash it or break in with tools. For me that would only happen if I took too much before locking it up but I won't do that again, it's too dangerous. It might be a concern for some.

Look if your looking to establish discipline this lock box is it. When you set that timer and lock it it is lock so be aware!!!!

The lock mec. Will lock automatically and for your last time selectedWhen the box does not pop open and you want your medicine out it may re lock for the last selected time This defect will make you have to open box by force! or you have to wait the last selected time! You can see how this defect can be unhealthy and even life threatening! They need to make a better time lock for this to be a reliable system! I had to brake mine open! Returned box system for refund. Buy a box with a easy to use timer system

I only had my lock box for about 8 months, 2 of which I was using it until eventually I put it aside. I came back to if 6 months later, mind you it has been untouched sitting in a cabinet this entire time (no water or humidity exposure) and even the USB pin won’t open the lid. The electronic part doesn’t function whatsoever or light up, so the pin doesn’t even open it either even if it’s plugged in. I’ve troubleshooted it about and hour now and have given up.Junk! 1 Star for durability.

Un peu réticent après certains commentaires (lus après avoir commandé) j’ai directement testé la faille dont certains parlent. Effectivement quand on insert les piles ou qu’on l’utilise sur usb on peut 1 seule fois le déverrouiller en appuyant sur H et M mais pas 2 ! Donc si on utilise le câble oui c’est contournable mais ce câble est prévu pour les urgences (piles hs). Si on met des piles, qu’on fait une fois la procédure d’urgence il ne reste que 2 solutions pour que ça s’ouvre : la fin du chrono ou la fin de vie des piles!
