Smells and tastes like garlic
I’m a big fan of garlic! Not a big fan of peeling garlic cloves, though. Since I use garlic on everything I bake (also great in rices, black beans, and egg omelets), I usually buy a jar with every other Amazon Fresh order. This brand is much better than Badia’s. Nothing beats fresh garlic, but these chopped ones come really darn close. Also MUCH better than the garlic powders I’ve purchased through out the years.

Leaking in the box
Just received this today and went to go get it to use and found that it had been leaking inside the box. But you’re not able to return it. Waste of money.

Good for some things, terrible for others.
It looks like real garlic and it can be used to season oil, but the taste and smell have definitely been altered by the preservative liquid it is in. If you need a recipe where you need to taste the garlic, I would not advise you to cook purchase this. It’s passable, but definitely not like fresh garlic.

Leaked in package.
Leaked. Jar was not broken, lid was loose. It leaked garlic juice in the packaging. Had to toss it in the garbage.
