Read at your own discretion: If you have heavy periods this “plug” is for you. Two months ago I thought I had to go to the hospital I was bleeding so much with huge blood clots and all. I was in pain and hadn’t had this problem for years. I immediately bought these, they arrived super fast and didn’t have to change every hour like with the other brands. Yes I had to change every hour the bleeding was that bad. It helped to actually get the clots out. I highly recommend these but only for super heavy flows. This tampon is pretty big and it expands so if you don’t have a heavy period you’d have a hard time taking it out as it will comeOut softly and painlessly only when it’s full. I was able To Go to work with this issue and not have to worry about spotting or bleeding outside my pants. Have a happy period!

this is my second time buying this product from this seller (the case of 144, which is 4 boxes). the first time i had no issues but this time around when i got the case, 2 of the boxes were missing so i only got 72. I'm not sure if the seller left out 2 boxes or if they were stolen by customs at the airport. but i got a refund. despite that, i still still order again when i need more.

Let us be real, who really wants to leave a tampon review? I was not too interested myself. However, I must say that being able to purchase these online mid quarantines was the best thing in the world! I was so relieved that I did not have to expose myself to the world, but I was still protected at home. In reading the reviews, I was admittedly skeptical and nervous to see if they would come damaged. Nope! Not a single issue!

The Tampax Pearl tampons have been my favorite for years. The biggest plus is that they do not pinch. I'm already shedding my insides, I don't need extra pain. I also have arthritis and my hands are very weak and these don't take hulk strength to work and push in. Not sure what else I can say about tampons other than the price on these were very good compared to my local pharmacies or grocery stores. The prices are so jacked up there it is crazy. Also, they came packaged nice. One of the boxes was banged up, but the product inside was fine.
