Simple to make ,the taste is garlicy,smokey, and black pepper. We use this with venison and bottom round of beef both are excellent choices of meat. This makes a wet cure that you mix up in a bowl and then put your meat in it. Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate, we like to wait 24 hours as the flavors are more infused. Place in dehydrator. After it's done it will keep in a brown paper bag. I m not sure how long this keeps because our family of five devours this in 2 days.

Horrible customer service received multiple bags of seasoning all hard as a rock. I was told that I needed to purchase a coffee grinder and grind up the spices of Myself by customer service not very helpful at all.
