Super good buy! Amazing foam inside- very sturdy works wonders for neck decompression and lower back I’ve even stood on it for feet decompression but that’s a bit advanced I would say.

Love the pillow
I love this pillow, I use it for my neck and back, it helps relax my muscles. Couple it with the mat, I use it weekly to relax my muscles and help with back pain and fatigue.

Not comfortable to use!!!
The white hard plastic that Ithought a rubber is very sharp. I cant use it so I rip it off and remove the cover.
