Currently using this lead to connect my Bose headphones to PS4 controller and it works perfectly. Just as good as my original Bose lead, would hardly know the difference.If playing COD with friends who are on XBOX or PC make sure and enable crossplay communication through the options button on controller, then account, then enable crossplay communication. I didn’t have this enabled at the start and wrongly thought it was the lead that wasn’t working.

Bought this as backup when my Bose NC 700's battery dies (and to save on battery life on long journeys). Works perfectly for this. I've also had to use it as a backup cable for video calls when the battery dies, again works great when connected to my mac.Had this for 6 months and use once every 2 weeks but absolutely no issues so far

Origjnal review: My original bose cable lasted about 5 years for my qc 25.I bought this product 3 months ago and it is not working anymore... no visible damage, no idea why it is not functioning properly.Stay away and buy official cable.Edit : one day after posting this review, the seller contacted me for an exchange or full refull no questions asked. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, and it may well be a defective product I was sent. Because of the excellent customer service if things go wrong i'd be inclined to buy from them again.

I’ve waited a while before reviewing this, to make sure they’re durable as well as functional – and they are! It connected my Bose headphones to a PS4 controller no problem, the wire and jack are very good quality, the colour is right, and they’ve held up under repeated heavy use. Highly recommended.

Bought this as a replacement lead with microphone and remote control for my Bose 25 headphones.Pretty useless: Whilst the lead works, the microphone barely works at all. I can shout straight into the microphone, and people might get the odd word or two. At most. And Amazon does not allow me to return the lead.I ended buying the original Bose leads, and surprise surprise: The audio is perfect.

Overall its ok.Cable looks ok. Can't compared the sound transmission quality but as those headphones are not being used for music its fine. Not tried it in a phone for the volume/mic controls yet. When connecting the cable to the headphones or device, it makes a positive connection. I do see the 2.5mm side is not quite as good as the original AKG Y50 cable, but at this point looks fine. Something I looked carefully as some reviewers were mentioning an issue with this.So in all, not cheap, at £15 - angled cables with 2.5mm seem to be sold for a premium at this point.The originals I saw on AKGs web site at £22 a good while back. Would've been my preference for the price difference, and you'd be assured quality and reliability. Then again... now no longer listed!

Für gut ein Drittel vom Originalpreis bekommt man hier einen adäquaten Ersatz zum teuren Original Bose-Kabel. Einzige Nachteile die man in Kauf nehmen muss ist die weniger ausgereifte Optik und ein minimaler Unterschied beim Mikrofon, ich könnte jetzt aber nicht sagen ob dieses oder das Original schlechter ist. Soundqualität ist m.E. identisch.
