Oklahoma Joe's Bronco Pro Charcoal Steel Drum Smoker - 19202099

This thing is a beast! I’ve cooked brisket, pulled pork, ribs, chicken and a spatchcocked turkey on it with great results. You get a flavor cooking over live coals that just can’t be beat and it runs steady all day long with few minor adjustments. I’ve done six racks of ribs at once and five porks butts at the same time. Never had one issue with the Bronco.

The media could not be loaded. Best thing since sliced bread.I absolutely love it. Once you learn how to manage the heat it’s basically a set it and forget it operation.Well made and super user friendly.I would only suggest using a heat resistant sealant when putting together where the screws go as some have mentioned grease build up can cause leaks. We have not had any issues what so ever and highly recommended this smoker.

I have used a lot of different smokers over the years, and I believe you can't get a better one in this price range. I have a Weber Smokey Mountain 22" that I really like, but the Bronco Pro has taken its place and I'm selling the WSM.

All of the hardware to put the smoker together are junk. The nuts that are used to hold the upper drum to the lower drum are not machined right. I will not buy another Oklahoma joe product as long as I live.

Assembled and noticed the gasket on the lid was damaged. Sent Oaklahoma Joe's an email requesting a new seal. We'll see how it goes. In the process of doing the burn off and it holds temp very well. Seems to be a well built smoker.

My husband loves these smokers. He bought the smaller one from Lowe's and ordered the larger on Amazon. Very good quality. Due to good seals, your able to control airflow very well. We actually bought more hooks b/c we found that we could hang much more than the 9 hooks provided. We took it to a cooking competition and won 1st place.

The Pro isn’t as efficient as the regular Bronco. The extra size is nice, but I havent been able to dial in the consistent heat temp yet

Great smoker! Very sturdy and well built. Added a BBQ guru and the temps stay + or - 1 degree Fahrenheit. Very pleased and my traeger is now retired!
