I like the style and look of these but the quality is a little disappointing. I installed them a year ago and had to repurchase since one of the brackets snapped in the first year. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to find a suitable replacement. Great aesthetic, wish quality were slightly better.

Brackets are sturdy for the money. The included screws broke with modest torque.I tossed their screws and used a round head star drive. Looks nice enough.I don’t need to tell you how much of a headache it is to extract a screw broke off flush.

I bought 4 of these to replace the builder grade ones that came with our house. Within a few months all of them had gotten wobbly and one snapped off at the hinge. So I ordered a replacement for that one and now here we are 3 months later and our railing FELL OFF THE WALL this morning after BOTH brackets snapped off at the hinge on one of the railings. I'm grateful that my teenaged son wasn't hurt as he was coming down the stairs when it happened. So now I'm out $125 and have to spend more to replace all 4 of the brackets since I no longer trust these. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This item is well made, did not install, would cost more to return to vendor than it was worth due to return charges, restocking fee, etc. My loss, maybe I will find a use for it in the future...or I will copy it in my shop and sell them myself. Price was high, but nice looking item.

The hinge design is crappy. The hand rail is not fixed. About 1/4" of movement. Installed a washer and the fixture cracked.Terrible, cheap, infuriating they make this crap and sell it.

Very wobley with weak screws one broke while torx down.

3 out of the 4 i ordered are great but one of them is a bit loose and i can't tighten it enough. makes for a wobbly handrail

I loved the look of these brackets! Unfortunately, after a few months the joint broke on both brackets. I am so sad! And trying to find a similar product has been a problem as well! I hope you can come up with a solution!
