I do like this gel as I do find it works pretty effectively. It is just so pricey!!! The price seems to keep going up and up, even with all their packaging changes. Buying it in this tub keeps the price somewhat reasonable per ounce, and it should last awhile - not too sure if I will be able to afford a refill again once I am done with this tub considering how it keeps going up! But, for now, this should last me a bit.

Hands-down does the best at neutralizing odors than anything I’ve ever tried. I foster cats and kittens and trust me. I’ve tried everything. (Litter boxes kept clean, etc.) . I tried the more expensive freshener also in a glass jar with the lid with holes, and it helped a little. I went to get refills anyway, and the price was exorbitant. So I looked for a substitute Fresh Wave. Within 24 hours, my house smelled like there were no cats living in it at all. ( Right now, there are three adult cats and five kittens in the house..) This product is impressive.

Fresh Wave: I love the new milk carton refill packaging. I feel much better about using less plastic, and I can refill the smaller containers by pouring without using a spoon or making a mess—a 10/10 improvement on an already wonderful product.

I've been buying this for a few years because it's a great product. The most recent time I purchased this I have to say I'm disappointed; the new packaging is terrible. On the left is the old version, an airtight package with a screw top seal. On the right is the new version, the "eco-friendly" milk carton which is not air tight. This product is to refill the small containers and it relies on the contents of the carton not being exposed to the air. Fix this.

Fresh Wave is wel worth the price...it works very well and once you get a few containers start buying the large refill its more economical.

This is a wonderful and natural way to have clean smelling rooms around the house. I have 12 birds and 2 dogs, and my neighbors always say they can't smell them. I love the scent and the fact that it's natural and safe. Once they dry up, just add water and they fluff up again. A must buy!

It is chemical free and removes odors without any overpowering fragrance. *Still waiting for this product and I checked that it was ok for unattended delivery like always. *Update: The product is excellent but the Japanese delivery service won’t leave it in front of our door as requested. Other items are left conveniently by our door as requested on my preference page but perhaps it’s because it is bulky which is not an excuse.

I purchased this to help remove the skunk smell in the house after our dog got sprayed. It's made no difference. A very expensive product that does not live up to the expectations.

Not sure what happened with this batch - maybe expired. I ordered this previously from a difference supplier and it masked odours well. For some reason, the minty smell in this one is not as strong as the last one. I use these for my litter robot waste drawer and despite refilling when necessary, this is not working at all and when I smelt the gel it had no scent anymore. I will not be buying this again considering it is not working and price is expensive at $66. Update: I got this 4 months ago and keep the refill closed and stored under my washroom sink. I opened it and there is almost no mint smell at all coming from the original refill container. Again with the batch I bought from another supplier, the mint smell was strong until I used it up completely which was just over a year. Complete waste of money and I will not buy again.

I’ve used this product for years. I put some in a mason jar and open it while cooking spicy ethnic food and boom! All odor is fully absorbed. No longer smell on furniture whatsoever. In the car of smokers, boom. Smell gone. In the cabinet where spices or garbage reside, No odor. Love that it just absorbs the odor with no toxic chemicals and just dissipates over time. I can’t imagine being without it!

Got this for our smelly teenager son’s room. No seriously that bad! And it did take a few days... but the smell of a men’s sweaty disgusting locker room has now toned down to maybe smell more like a regular boys room. So I’m pretty happy with it. The only thing I don’t get is... I put the gel beads into small containers and the beads turn a gross brown so maybe don’t put them in a glass jar like me...
