Disappointing — there are better options
Minuses: There are some common features that this chair doesn’t have:1) The back is at a fixed angle — reclining involves the seat and back moving together as an “L”.2) The arms have a single fixed height and don’t fit under a desk.Pluses:1) The cushion is comfortable enough.2) The seat height adjusts, as expected.3) The arms are easily removable.

Great price
You get what you pay for. I bought this for working at home, which I do more often now than I used to. It is fine for awhile, but for days when I spend more than a couple of hours at a time, it is not very comfortable. I has led to lower back and hip pain. I isn't the cushion, as I have used a pillow to make it a softer seat. This doesn't really help. Good chair if you only need an hour or two here and there.

"And this one is Just Right"
"And this chair is Just Right" ....for me.Why, well it is not too tall, the back fits & supports, I like the arm rests, it is not high maintenance, it was fast to put together, it is not too large, but not small either (hence the "just right") and the height adjustments work just fine.Is it the most luxurious office chair? ...no, but I wanted a practical, good chair that supported my back & bum. This is a dang good chair for the money I spent, along with free shipping, that arrived quickly.Heck, I am sitting in the chair as I am writing this review!Cheers!

Decent materials, but armrests make it unusable.
When looking for a good mesh computer chair that was under $100 this one caught not my attention. It looked nice enough and had mostly good reviews, so I purchased it. BIG mistake. when sitting on it (whether you are at a desk or not) the armrests are so low that you cannot sit in the chair with your arms rested unless you are literally half laying in the chair. I tried to ignore this fact and just sit in it, but that was when the lower back pain started to set in. NOT WORTH IT. I measured and the distance between the cushion and the surface of the armrests in SIX INCHES. Are you kidding me!? I'm a short guy (5"8), and the height of the armrests are still nowhere near satisfactory. The makers of this chair either need to make it so the seat is lower or the armrests are higher. Also, mesh is nice but NOT $95 nice. You will probably do well with this chair if you happen to be 5"5 or shorter, but if not I advise you to not bother with this sad excuse for a computer chair.

Alera Etros Chair
I purchased this chair for my wife, we have a home office and she was finding her current computer chair uncomfortable. For the price this turned out to be a very good buy It was so easy to assemble, comfortable, gave her better back support and unlike the previous leather chair was not prone to kitty attack. We have had this chair for over a year now and it had been used an average of 8 hours 7 days a week during that time we have had no problems. We initially bought this chair as an intermediate purchase but are so happy with it we will not be buying another.

Decent if you're short, pass otherwise
Decent option for shorter people, but as mentioned in many reviews the arm rests are useless. Was missing a screw (for the arm rest!). For my desk they are at the perfect height to bang into the desk and prevent me from sitting closer. In the end I just took them off. Cushioning is minimal and doesn't breath well.

Good investment
I like the chair a lot. The color is true black, the mesh back is comfortable, but you'll need lumbar support. The only downside is that the back is a little wobbly. I haven't figured out why that is, but it is a minor annoyance.
