Upgrade from last one
I purchased another of these (different brand) a few years ago. I decided to update it and grabbed this one. It’s much thicker silicone than the last one and the “roof” is a little further out. These are great for protecting the connectors on the back of the doorbell in rainy climates. When putting on the doorbell make sure it overlaps the mount slightly. It doesn’t interfere with the sight lines of the doorbell camera.

Purchased for Ring Video Door Bell (Gen. 2020)
I purchased this even though it says it's for the Ring Doorbell 1st Gen for my Ring Doorbell 2020 Gen and it fits! It is just a little lose around the camera in the front but not much. The fit is pretty snug. I added the cover over the the entire ring door bell (once the doorbell was mounted, screws in the bottom and all). It fits snug enough to not add screws after the cover. As you can see, I have installed three wedge mounts behind my camera. The cover is not meant to cover the wedges, only the doorbell itself. My con for not giving it 5 stars is because with HARD rains, you will notice some moisture trapped between the device and the cover. NOT GOOD, but for me, I remember periodically to take it off and wipe it. Basically I'd say it is a good cover for devices that are warn looking.

Covers my old Ring beautifully!
This is the perfect cover for that 1st Generation Ring that is starting to look worn but is working just fine. The cover goes on in a snap and makes the Ring look like new. Does not interfere at all with the Ring operation. I would recommend to anyone for the 1st generation Ring.

Improper fit
This cover does not fit the ring securely. It's quite loose and doesn't fit into the ring apparatus securely

Actually used on a ring 2 to help protect it from the elements. Not a perfect fit, but good enough. I could not find anything else for the second, third or fourth generations I own.

Perfect for Gen 1 Ring!
Ordered this looking for a case cover for my Ring doorbell. Who would have thought it would last this long?! I wanted a new faceplate but there are none to be found. Ordered this and it just covers up the Ring perfectly so you can’t see how ugly the faceplate has become. Love it! So worth the price! 💙
