is that a left or right 90 deg adapter? Looking at it pointing up, metal rounded side facing you, which way does the cable go?

for a micro USB connection, there's a narrower and wider side of the connector. So if the connector was pointing upwards with the narrower side of the micro USB facing you, the cable goes to the left.

Why are there two fuse ports? Do you need to use both? If so, where does the fuse I pull out go and where does the included fuse go?

The fuse included with the kit goes in the slot that is closest to the cable, while the fuse that comes from your car's fuse box goes in the slot closest to the metal prongs (that will be plugged back into the fuse box).

Do i have to crimp the wires? cause i'm not getting any power to my dashcam. i simple just inserted the wire to the adaptor. i'm confused and not sure

No Crimping is needed. You simply figure out which fuse adapter you need for your vehicle type and connect it up. The adapter will replace a switched fuse in your fuse box (you need to figure out which one is best.) you pull the fuse, install it in the adapter, and then plug the adapter into the former location of that fuse. If the fuse you replaced is switched, then the device will only get power when the key is on, which I would assume is what you want.

Stopped working within a year (no power gets passed the small box convertor). Anyone else have this problem?
