Well written an it is a great resource for my job.

The denials are easy to understand and resolve. The font is big, so reading is enjoyable. These ladies put together an excellent resource for handling denials.

This book is very helpful. I use it all the time. I do wish there were more template letters to help me construct a letter in some instances. However, it has been a great guide. All in all I would recommend this book. I have been in the field for over 20 years doing medical billing and coding; and this book still helped me through insurance issues that I was not familiar with.

Good product

The contents MIGHT be beneficial for someone just beginning to work with medical billing denials/collections, but for me I was disappointed. The book is very thin and for the price I expected much more and thought it would have been, well, written better. I flipped thru it twice just to make sure what I just looked at was real because I was tired from work and after the second glance, I kind of laughed a little and put it back in the bag because it's being returned. Like another reviewer wrote, you can google the same information and more. Just my opinion but I give it a 3 stars because I suppose they believed they would be able to help others.

This book is a complete waste of money. Was totally disappointed. I purchased this book for examples of appeals. There is one, this book was not helpful at all don't waste your money and is way over priced.

This was a great buy. Has helped me alot with my medical billing business. I will be buying other book written by these autors.

Book is good for general information, it's still missing a lot of details. You can find better information by doing a Google search
