Beautifully made, works great- IMPORTANT Installation Info!
I needed a LONG faucet because my garden tub faucet hole was not right on the edge, and the existing faucet was 11" long. This was the longest I could find, but I had real reservations after reading some of the negative comments about the issues.First, when you receive it, make sure you have 3 long hoses and 2 short hoses in the box. Make sure you read the directions thoroughly, BEFORE screwing any of those hoses in, because they do not want to come back out. Any further twisting you to, even backwards, is on a cloth type 'pipe', which will turn with your hand, and they aren't coming back out easily. There's a diagram above of what you should have in the box, make sure you check it's all there before you start.I had a plumber install it. But we are talking $100+ an hour, so rather than have HIM spend the 15 min to 1/2 hour figuring out how this goes together, I figure if he's going to sit there reading directions, I wanted to be able to tell him how it goes together, because that could be a $50 saving. Good thing I did. When he got here, I knew how it was supposed to fit, where the lines went (I pre-put together all the lines that did not need to connect together to save him time and me money). When he got to installing this, we followed the directions. He got done, and immediately encountered the problems described in most of the 1 star ratings. The faucet turned on, and ONLY sprayed from the sprayer head, but the faucet itself only dribbled when the sprayer head worked. Turned to the faucet, nothing came out.The 'diverter' was a shutoff valve for the spray head, instead of turning on the waterfall faucet. What?Solution: If you are NOT able to use the diverter to change the water from Faucet to Sprayer, and back again, you have the 2 hoses IN THE FAUCET (the long part that is the waterfall) backwards.Don't unscrew it from the inside, it has 2 short hoses connected to 2 long hoses (see below Instruction diagram, which was included in the box). Unscrew the long hoses from those 2 short ones, swap them around, and it works!!!The plumber told me the unit was defective. It was not. I would have had to pay him $200+, AND repackaged to return to Amazon, AND reordered a working one (because no other faucet was long enough), AND then called him back to spend ANOTHER $200, and possibly encountered the SAME problem. The biggest mistake perhaps is because you can put the 3 different metal parts in different holes with their associated multiple lines, and then you have a whole bunch of lines criss-crossing, leading to confusion of which goes where, even with the diagram, because the unit is no longer linear, and not necessarily in the correct order of holes. Figure it out BEFORE the plumber gets there, and if the faucet doesn't work, swap those lines under the long waterfall faucet, and that's it. It doesn't seem confusing in the diagram or possible to confuse yet he did, and he's a good plumber. That said, this is HEAVY. I was worried that it was so heavy it would collapse my fiberglass tub.... 10 pounds of solid metal sitting on a thin fiberglass tub edge. The plumber said that was no worry, and it was a really well made faucet. All well made faucets are heavy. That gave me peace of mind, and we completed the install no problem, and it works flawlessly. One other minor issue... I could not figure out how to get the round rubber weight for the sprayer open. Then, I accidentally dropped it on the floor and broke it. Thankfully, it works fine without it, and he said it was not necessary. Don't drop yours on a hard floor while trying to pry it open. It's rubber, don't ask me how the hinge could snap off, but it did. You probably won't need it anyway. That said, even with it broken at the hinge, I STILL couldn't figure out how they intended it to open....I've attached pix of the faucet out of the box with the instructions, and newly mounted on the tub. It's gorgeous! Even better than I expected, and the pressure is great (note: I have strong water pressure to begin with! If you don't, this may not be the best fixture for you). Could not be happier with it, and I hope this helps!

Just fun
So fancy and high quality materials. It's installed and works well. Handheld shower head has a long hose with a counter weight to help retract it. Whoops - we didn't allow sufficient room for all the hose! Doesn't seem to be an issue.... The shower head diverter is on the side of the tub faucet so no extra hole or handle to deal with and you don't need to touch the flow handle to divert water. Perfect for install at ledge of jetted tub and the long spout means no issue of water reaching tub due to the ledge mount position. Over that.....the spilling water fall effect is just fun to watch.

I bought this because the picture looks awesome. I had the plumbers install this in my new Jacuzzi bathtub. It looks great. However, I needed three fasteners to tighten the Faucet, shower head, and the handle, but only two were in the box. I contacted the company and Ian got back to me and sent the fastener by express mail. Then, the plumbers and General Contractor installed the tub, caulked and sealed. My wife noticed that there was a hairline leaking in the handle. Called the plumbers. They said, there is a plastic valve inside the handle, but it isn't standard, so they could not fix it and just put the valve back and asked me to have the company send me a replacement part. Contacted Ian at the company again and requested the valve. Ian sends me the valve hassle free. The part arrived by express mail again. This time, I personally shut the main water supply to the house and disassembled the handle and switched out the leaking valve...in the process, the handle is slightly misaligned, but it is actually economically better for usage. Turn the main water supply to the house, No leaking. Problem solved. Now, we have beautiful functional Jacuzzi bathtub with great aesthetically pleasing chrome faucet, shower head and ergonomically positioned handle.Great customer service from Ian. I would have given 5 stars, but I had to pay extra for the plumbers to problem solve the leaking valve in the handle, so have to be honest and take a star off.Otherwise, this is a great product, but the factory/manufacturers need better quality assurance program/process improvement in their inventory management. In closing, we really like this product.

Beautiful product, Good customer service.
The Good: The product is beautiful, stylish and very robust chrome plated brass. The Bad: The threaded fitting on the hand held shower was attached upside down so the plumbers can’t attach the hand held shower and set the tub until a replacement arrives. This will cost me extra $$$ for the plumbers to make another trip to our barrier island home.Update: I received the replacement in 2 days and now it’s installed and works fine. The outflow makes a beautiful pattern that changes with the volume of water and is zen like in its effect. No company is perfect but how a company responds says it all! The company’s concern was much appreciated.

Beautiful!
We have finally just recently installed it. Was pretty easy once we looked at our old hardware and how it was set up. Didn't have instructions when we received it. But all pieces are pretty solid metals; heavy, nice finish and sturdy. The faucet is long! The water flows out nicely. The hand shower has a strong water flow. Everything is sleek looking. I find that the open water faucet flow /waterfall adds to the modern sleekness of the hardware. We fitted this hardware in a corner tub.

BE AWARE.. It looks nice, that's it!
This set looks nice, but I HIGHLY advise everyone to buy a well-known product/brand for which you can actually purchase valves. These are made horribly, in China. The diverter is garbage, and no, the valve is NOT included. We have learned the hard way not to purchase plumbing fixtures from brands no plumber can figure out. Last year we purchased numerous plumbing fixtures on Amazon to "save" money. HUGE mistake! We are now only buying KNOWN brands.

Great product
Very nice faucet, solid brass fixture. Easy to install and flow was better than expected in filling a large tub. Shipping was very fast. Highly recommend.

Quality is questionable. Delivery was not a smooth process.
The piece looks great BUT takes on alot of water spotting.Noticed some corrosion near the base of the faucet and investigate further over 1 week period. The faucet is leaking out of the ball portion and dripping down the casing to the tub, where is causes the green/blue copper sulfide residue and corrosion look on the fixture. The wand piece leaks so you have to be careful when you turn it off to shake the water out before placing it back in its hole, otherwise you have water dripping down through the hole to your flooring under the tub. Not a big deal, but overtime it could be.I have contacted the seller with no response. When we purchased this, the seller did not cover the duties coming into Canada and we were told to pay them to Fedex. They did hold true on telling us they would refund us the equivalent $ value.

Five Stars
Nice quality, all three pieces are solid brass. A comparable unit at a local plumbing store was over $1000.
