Yes mine did. they are only 12x 12 sheets. You do get more with a roll but its only a single color. This was good bc it gave so many colors to work with

Is it easy to weed? or does the back come up with it. Is there actual instructions on ways to cut it, such as which side goes where?

This is an assorted pack. I purchased it and the brushed silver split when cut — it’s very thin for decals but could work well for other projects.
