Really nice bench for the price point. I wanted something to use for declined situps and back/side extensions that would fit in our home gym where space is becoming a premium. This fit the bill perfectly. It folds up nicely to store against the wall behind the squat cage. I couldn't really ask for better. True, the pad and the seat DO wobble a little, but if you want it to fold that's unavoidable. Overall, it's not a problem if you're aware of it and it won't impact your workout. The only (very minor) gripe is that the foot bar for doing extensions doesn't collapse to make it flatter, but that's not a huge deal.As a bonus, the seller is fantastic. The pin that holds the seat in place bent after a few uses. I contacted them and they immediately sent me a new one. So far, no issues with the replacement and all is great!

My only complain is that I am too tall to use the bench comfortably. I am 6’1”. My head hangs off the back of the bench when I lay on it. Beyond that though, it’s a nice bench with decent quality that has an excellent price tag.

The media could not be loaded. I got this weight bench for the home gym we're making in our basement. We use this specifically for upper body, abs and core work. We also use it with hand weights and for curls. We have another bench inside the rack that we use for the heavy weights. It arrived almost completely assembled and took us less than 10 minutes to complete the assembly. It came out of the box with no funky smell. I'm very happy with the quality of the bench. It is solid with a sturdy frame and good stability. There are anti-skid caps on the feet that keep it from moving around on the concrete. The bench and elbow pad are both adjustable, well cushioned and comfortable while using. There are 4 different adjustments that you can make to the bench to change the angle for different exercises. I like that the elbow pad is adjustable to a height that fits my 6'1" son with super long arms. We tried 2 other benches just like this, but they weren't adjustable to the point that made him comfortable. The elbow pad can also be adjusted in multiple positions for various exercises. Even though we never put it away, the bench does easily fold flat for storage. The bench isn't extremely heavy so it's fairly easy to move around. For a bench of this quality and price, I'd highly recommend it.

The vendor sent me a perfect box with all parts intact and new. Although the preacher curl pad may be a bit flimsy, this piece of equipment performs as it should for its many functions. At first, I couldn't get a good angle for the roman bench exercises; but, by standing on the low bar, rather than putting my feet beneath it, the roman chair functioned well too. This economy piece of equipment is probably best suited for someone of a smaller stature and weight. If it's not abused by doing something like resting weights on the bench, it may last for quite some time.

The bench itself is pretty good, it was easy to set up and works well for the exercises I do. You get a great value out of this. My only complaint is it feels unsteady sometimes, I set up the back to sit on my couch or on my table to help it feel secure. Also, I like how you can use this for back extensions. It’s not a 45° angle but still works.

After going back and forth with the seller for well over a week to fix an issue of the pin the sent with the machine they’ve been most unhelpful and really didn’t even read my messages through. The bench constantly moves around when anyone gets on it. And I’ve tightened every bolt I could until it was impossible to anymore. And then it still wobbles. 10/10 do not recommend this item. I found one cheaper and with better reviews on Walmart

The metal itself is sturdy enough to be a great product. However the weakness of this bench is the bolts; they make it too janky. There is a rip in the seat which I presume occurred before I received it or during its first use.The higher pad moves and locks into 3 positions. It would be nice to have additional for angles to use with preacher curls.

Bench does the job. I’m lean but 5’10” and and son is 5’11”. Not made for us tall folk - decline especially. Even though we are both lean the bench width is smaller than what you’d find at a gym. If you have never used a real bench you wouldn’t know the difference. Does the job though. Familiarize yourself with modifications for home exercises and you’ll be good. For the price it’s worth it.

The parts and instructions were a hot mess, but that is my only complaint about this product. I mainly purchased this for doing Back Extensions, it looks a bit unstable, but I’m 6 foot 9 and 270lbs and it held my weight perfectly. I would much rather use this than the back extension units at the gym.

Super produit

Got it earlier than expected. Super easy to assemble, can definitely do it yourself. It didn’t come with a wrench to secure the bolts so I had to grab those myself. My only complaint is that the knobs to adjust the seat require a lot of twisting (it’s okay if you’re primarily the one using it at home but if I had others using it as well and they’d be changing the height all the time, it would be annoying to adjust each time). Otherwise, it’s a good bench and I’m excited to use it.

The bench is too short for dumbell press. Shipping is slow because it took around a month to come. Also, they lowered price after I bought it. Maybe they were trying to holiday gouge. Pad is too high for back extension.

Bench is tilted and the padding slides and creaks and shifts when you actually put any weight on it. Plus it’s way too short for anyone over 5’5”. And they only accept returns in the original packaging which was absolutely massacred getting the thing out! So no recourse to return it for one that doesn’t tilt you right off onto the floor with its loosely attached bench padding.
