Easy to install, don’t forget the screws!
These replaced 15 year old like-in-kind that my roofer installed 15 years ago. Found the old ones loose and not protecting anything!Roofer didn’t screw them down like the install calls for!I was able to easily install them, sealed with silicone, and screwed down with metal roof screws.Be sure to look at the pics of properly installed product.

Bought this one to replace the one I installed about 30 years ago!I'm totally surprised they last as long as they do.Installed the first one in about 1993 and noticed it was showing its age this Spring.Not a bad life expectancy for the weather here in central Texas.

works fine for metal roofs with slight pitches. not for steep pitched metal roofs,angle issues.don't forget the correct screws,silicone.one of the better flanges

Great replacements!
After 13 years the pipe flashings on our roof had badly deteriorated. We purchase these to replace them. These appear to be very well-made and very easy to use. I especially found the guidelines for cutting to fit the pipes very useful since we had several different size pipes. My husband said the flexible rims were a nice touch.

Instructions seem to be incomplete
It's a great product but there is a small omission in the instructions. Cut the opening to the ring smaller than what you need. The rubber will stretch as you pull the boot over the pipe. Do this and the product will work as advertised.

Easy to install
I had a metal roof installed and the roofer had just caulked around the vent stacks - needless to say the caulking cracked and I was getting water leaks - This product was easy to install and has taken care of my water leaks - I ordered this product as the rib was easy to form around the edges of the metal roof - the others I looked at would have had me cut the rib to get a clean edge, I didn't like that Idea - If you have a metal roof, I would highly recommend this product.

El producto lo usaré para que supla la falta de repuestos en un barco antiguo. Lo aplicare en unas juntas de escape de un motor de barco.
