How do I remove the sticky pad as I need to reposition it?

I don't use it with the sticky pad. I fix it the the windscreen with its suction

Yes. mine does, and I think most phones will. Bbut I had to change it as I needed to work on it (as sat-nav) while moving,and it wasn't firm enough

does an iphone 13 fit

It won’t if its similar in size to my iPhone 10 (the phone for which I bought this holder). Unfortunately I didn’t check this before my daughter stuck it to my windscreen and the gel/sucker is so powerful there’s no getting it off so I can’t even return it, so it’s just stuck there lol. Tbh it looks as though only a small non-smart phone such as an old Nokia would be small enough to fit in its clutches. Therefore it’s no use to man nor beast. Don’t buy it!! All the best Rachel :-)
