DG De Gregorio Bravo Snare Cajon

The media could not be loaded.    My teenage daughter has been taking drum lessons (regular drums) for over a year now and decided she was interested in the cajon as well. Since I already shell out the cash for the weekly lesson (as well as many many other things), I told her she'd have to save her money or wait until Christmas. So, she did just that. With her birthday and odd job money, she asked me to order this cajon for her. It's very nice looking. Almost a piece of art in my opinion. It is a great conversation piece and looks beautiful...at least it did until she covered it with stickers because I guess that's the cool thing to do. Anyway, it sounds great as well. It has an African rain dance kind of sound to it. Sorry, I'm no music expert. I do know that you can adjust the sound because that's the first thing she did after playing it for about 30 seconds. She loves it and I hear her in her room playing it all the time. I'm thrilled because it's much quieter than her regular drums :-). I'm going to try to get her to let me video her playing it to add to this review so anyone interested can hear how it sounds, but no promises.
