very pleased with this buy, although i bought a "used", i was pleased to receive it in original packaging, and otherthan everything being wrapped in tissue paper, all items were there and looked new, including the re-chargeablebatteries. there is a hands free/speaker phone option on this model which is a must in my opinion.all set up now and they work fine. thank you.
