Size is small but usable. Needs to be longerI were a tank top underneath to help with the moisture and prevent skin irritation.

I am 5'7 height, 185 lbs, and 34 waists, I need to lose a few pounds, around 8 or 10, reading all the reviews I notice that some people were getting an extra size than the chart was saying, so I decided to order the XL when I supposed to order the L, and this is the perfect decision I made, it fit perfect, probably the L was going to be a little bit tighter, and I don't like that it can be uncomfortable when exercise.

Not bad makes you sweat but did rip on the shoulder part but good vest for the money

This vest fits snug a little bit too snug but wearing it during my jogging or long walks it really seems to work.
