Update: I aired this out in a bowl and it was fine..at least it wasnt wasted.This stuff tastes like melted plastic. Do not waste your money. It isn't returnable...soI love powdered milk. I bought this one because it said American made milk...

I use room temp or warm water add 2/3 cup powder milk 1 cup warm water, and shake it up till dissolved, the. I had fridge ice cold to equal 1/2 gallon total water/milk in a Tang vintage pitcher..and lid on and shake it, I love it.

doesn't mix well. Flavor isn't good and the instructions say the same amount of power for a liter and a gallon. They clearly are not the same.
