This is a great pack for your belt and but it could definitely be bigger

This bag/pouch is amazing! I'm a paramedic cadet for the fire department and this had what I needed. It had much more than I expected and have a lot of supplies! It's kinda hard to fit all of the supplies but it's still great. But the flashlight has no batteries which isn't bad but I was expecting them!!! YOU MUST GET THIS BAG IF YOUR IN THE EMS FIELD

I love it! I was a corpsman in the navy and an licensed emt for years. I saw this and just had to have it!! Its perfect for what I need plus a little room to add a few things. Its great and recommend it for anyone in the emt/ems field. A must have item for those who are prepared for medical emergency.

So Ill start with the pros:- reflective strip-lots of included gear-Seems well constructedCons:- pouch seems a little small to carry everything they include- the loop on the end where the silver metal scissors are shown seems a little insecure to hold those items- would be a little heavy to wear for extended period of time with all the extras in it.over all I like this, I did skim out some of the included items to make it lighter, more comfortable to wear, and easier to close/less bulky. Time will tell how durable it is.I plan on using this for working events as EMS staff, we usually have a large rolling tool box type setup for when we set up treatment area, but often patrol the events as well with a large EMS backpack. I think this will be handy. The small tactical flashlight that came with it is just eh. not a fan of the slide focus feature, and didn't see anything about what size battery it would take but found that in the FAQ section. over all pretty happy with the purchase. Couldn't find it with just the pouch and not the extras, but for the price Im ok with getting the extras. It came with some gloves but they are too small for me (large size was included) so ill be tossing those in the group supply and replacing with XL gloves)

Great product. Compact, and yet fits enough gear. Happy with my purchase.

This is a good basic kit to carry in your bag or car. My only complaint is that it doesn't come prepacked, so it is hard to figure out where everything fits. The bag is also a tad small for all the gear so you have to squish it to close. Otherwise, it is a good kit and comes with lots of stuff besides first aid like a flashlight and knife. I also like to glove dispenser feature.

This little pouch helps me carry around the basics need till my EMT can get there with a full EMT bag perfect for use at pr events and such
