I have an 8" version of this that I got years ago that I wanted another of. This was the closest I could find, but the smaller one is handier to store when not in use and I still prefer it in comparison to this one because of its shorter length.If you have a car with a black interior that shows every bit of dust, this is very handy to keep in the car for those times when you are sitting and waiting for someone and the dust in the vents or dashboard screams at you to dust them. This size does not fit in my glove compartment that has a built in divider in it, but I keep it in a storage spot under the center console with ridges so that it doesn't roll under my feet. That would be a disaster while driving! Where to store it will be a different issue in different cars and so a smaller size would be more versatile. There are lots of larger dusters available, but small ones are harder to find.I keep my smaller, original duster in my office because this one takes up more space on my black, Formica-topped desk that I need for other things. The electronics sitting on it act like such dust magnets that they need frequent attention to not look filthy. I think this does a better job on surfaces and keyboards than any of the wimpy mini-vacuums I've had that require batteries or a port to plug into your computer for power. The larger duster I'm reviewing would fit in a desk drawer, but I have a sit-stand desk without drawers and so it's always on my desktop.This is a handy gadget that one doesn't necessarily need, but is nonetheless nice to have depending on your needs and intolerance of dust and debris like eraser or food crumbs.

I am a detailing fanatic and my wife has become very good at cleaning and maintaining her vehicle properly. She uses my interior duster and brushes but wanted her own and her SUV has lots of little nooks and crannies, so I started looking for a new brush to try in a smaller size, this one caught my eye so i got it. Everything felt nice about it and i like how it has a soft rubber type compound covering the hard surface to avoid scratching more delicate areas. I have not used it but she has and she said she liked it. It picked the dust up nicely and held onto it and the brush worked good for vents and small deep crevices. This is not a duster you'd want for the whole interior, you'd want a bigger one for that then switch to this for all the small tight areas. For the price it's a good little duster

I drive for Lyft & Uber and wanted a duster that could fit in my glove box and that I could pull out real quickly and give the dashboard a quick cleaning while waiting for my PAX. This is that duster. The opposite end has a bristle brush which is great for getting in the nooks of the center console as well as getting stuff out of the folds of the seats. It cleans easily, bends and holds the position you shape it in, and has yet to leave any fibers on my dash after using.That said, as far as some of the other reviews mentioning the pointy part at the top, my duster arrived with a black plastic cap on it preventing any injuries. But let's be real, even if it came off and I wasn't able to glue it back on it really wouldn't make a difference.If you like your car looking clean buy this duster and thank me later.

I did not read the specs carefully, like I usually do, and assumed that this product was larger than it is. I was looking for something that would allow me to clean the very deep dash area in our Ford Edge. It does pick up dust well, but not bigger pieces of things, like Cottonwood.

I keep this in my door pocket so I can dust or clean out grooves anytime I want. When the sun shines just right I’m like that’s gotta go and this handy brush is always in the ready…. Get one, you won’t regret it…

Don't waste ur money. This is only goof for flat surfaces. The tip has the center exposed. It does have a cover on the center wire, so atleast it didn't scratch anything in my car. But u can't dust ur Gauges or cup holders etc. where u need a tip that cleans. Good to wipe ur Dash and Brush the vents, only. Wish I had noticed this earlier, would have returned it asap. Waste of 20 bux.
