Shock therapy is pretty solid. The jersey tea flavor wasn’t the best thing I’ve ever tasted but it really isn’t bad either.As far as workouts, this did it’s job. It won’t overload you on caffeine but you still get the boost. It also has creatine which i know some people don’t like in a preworkout but I thought was a good thing.Overall it’s worth the purchase if you’re in a bulk phase or if you’re trying to build without burning

I have tried several thermogenic and pre-workout powders and pills. After OxyElite Pro [my favorite] was pulled off shelves, I had to find something new. I have had several give me terrible jitters and occasional shortness of breath, but this Shock Therapy gives me a good energy boost without any jitters whatsoever. I take it about half an hour before I get to the gym for my weight training. It has that thermogenic feel in that I get an all over "warmth" along with extra energy for my more intense training days. I am 5' 6", 130lb, female, and fairly muscular; one scoop works perfectly for my size. Not sure if you would have to take more if you are larger. The only complaint I have is that the flavor I tried - Hawaiian Punch - is very sweet with a biting aftertaste. I have mixed it with twice as much water as it calls for to try to dilute the flavor - no luck - and also tried putting it in with my protein shake - no luck. I will try a different flavor next time.

I've been working out nearly every day for a very long time. So, I go through quite a bit of pre-workout. This particular product is one of the worst I've had the pleasure of trying. The Grape flavor is not good at all. However, flavor is not an important factor, as everyone's taste is different. The other problem with this product is the scoop size is very large for a preworkout. It's nearly twice the size of other products. It also mixes horribly. It leaves a ton of chunks in the water. Universal is usually pretty good. But, I will not be buying this again. Very disappointed.

I purchased this a week ago, so my review is only based on about 6 days of workouts... but so far, I'm impressed. I used to use NO-Xplode, which gave me a nice energy boost and solid pump. This, however, seems to give me a little more focus, more energy, and just as good a pump (if not better). The Grape Ape flavor is barely tolerable. I learned to cope with the NO-Xplode stuff, though, so I'm sure I'll be able to acclimate to this stuff. It doesn't fizz like NO-Xplode when mixed, so you won't have any blowouts after getting a little too vigorous with the shaking/mixing.I'll try to revisit this review in a few weeks with a more extended impression.

Taste is excellent. I'm a smoker and I know that is bad, but I stay in shape and make it to the gym every day. This is the first pre workout supplement that taste so good I don't have to chase it with a cigarette.Amazing energy and amazing pump.The only down side is the amount of servings. It only has 10 servings if you take one scoop opposed to two. This was basically what drew me away from SuperPump, but at this price point it is definitely worth it. Makes all the other top brands seem like a huge rip off. Basically you are paying a dollar a serving and that is hard to beat no matter what you are taking. I always have to take the maximum recommended serving size, at least I though so until now. 1 scoop should have you covered. I took two and was in the gym for 5 hours, not necessary.

Did the job, as any good pre-workout should. However, it seems like the scoop got bigger and the amount in the jar got smaller. I was a bit disappointed that it did not last me as long as previous jars with the smaller scoop. I guess maybe they made it less potent. I used it before playing ice hockey as well as weight training and it gave me that little extra push when I needed it. The taste was actually better than I remember, perhaps it was the new formula. I recommend this product if you want quality over quantity.

If you are like i am and already have tried hundreds of preworkouts out supplements out there then the flavor will not bother you much .. HOWEVER if you are a newbie to the game or just looking for a CHEAP preworkout then this is not for you !! Besides the horrible and i mean horrible flavor of grape ! than honestly doesn't taste like grape at all .. the ingredients seem OK but for experience lifters this wont even tickle you,, you will still feel alert but nothing else..just think twice before you buy as for me . I love universal products but this grape "flavor" is by far the worst thing that they have ever produced !

Works great and gives you a small pump and doesn't make you have to poop as soon as you're done drinking it 😂

Very good. Gives a good pump and load of energy, but i had experience with stronger and better pre workouts in the past. It works well, but it's definitely not a crazy strong pre workout.
