Tallow Balm Organic Grass-Fed, Barrier Repair Moisturiser Cream for Dry Sensitive Skin, Aging Skin, Eczema and Rosacea

Have been ordering this tallow balm for the last four years. It’s a staple product in my skincare routine!Love the fact that it’s 100% natural. I use it as a lip balm and it’s the only product I’ve used (and I’ve tried countless drugstore and high end products!) which actually moisturises without any irritation. I have very sensitive skin and this product has been an absolute lifesaver over the past few years.Delivery is always speedy and well packaged too.Definitely recommend!

It's an amazing moisturiser with a natural ingredients and has a lovely texture. A little goes a really long way unlike other creams so even the small pot will go on and on. I'd definitely recommend it.

Having moved from a plant-based diet to an animal-based diet and seeing huge improvement's in my health, I wanted to try an animal fat moisturiser. I thought about making it myself but it seemed such a hassle I decided to buy this one instead. It didn't disappoint. It smells lovely and makes my skin feel very soft and supple. It is far, far superior to any plant or chemical based product, even the very expensive anti'aging creams. It feels very different to other creams and balms and does take some time to work into the skin. I wish I'd started using animal-based creams a long time ago, as I'm sure they would be great at preventing skin aging. I would highly recommend this product. I know what I'll be buying my female relatives for Christmas this year!

Bought this as i wanted a chemical and seed oil free moisturiser that was natural and animal fat based.This was to complement my diet and lifestyle.As well as chemicals being carcinogenic and hormone disrupters, Seed oils also increase sunburn, sun damage and therefore also increase skin cancer risk.This product is promoted as tallow moisturiser with the alternatives of ever unscented or with essential oils. I obviously chose unscented as i wanted an animal fat moisturiser and avoided the essential oils as aforementioned to avoid any possible skin irritation.The product arrived promptly as promised, thank you. It is of course very soft product. I was however a bit taken back at the size considering the price! A decent size jar (260g) of pure organic grasss fed tallow is available delivered for £8? Of course not blended into a moose though, but a substantial ammount for less than half the price.Following that, im then disappointed that on the label, it says its a combination of tallow and olive oil! A seed oil of course and no mention either of whether its extra virgin olive oil or just olive oil? I can only assume its the lesser version of straight olive oil? Again, in this 30 ml quantity, it must equate to pence worth.This wasnt specified in the photos of the jar or within the product description. I did look purposely, for i wondered and expected if it was blended with something else. I therefore was prepared to pay the high price due to the expected quality and unique to market product which it would be.The product though itself is smooth and does of course moisturise well.Just for me a slightly negative review as i felt duped i suppose by paying a large sum of money for a small quantity product, with ingredients not clearly specified at purchase. This is of course due to my own personal reasons for being picky as i wanted a natural product without any man made chemicals or seed oils.In future, i will stick to buying pure tallow and try making my own natural, animal fat cream.

Very small pot and not too keen on the smell. Other companies like Fierce Nature out there which provide 300ml for same price.

Beautiful product and smells amazing. The best tallow product I have tried so far. My skin is glowing and feels so plump and hydrated!

This product is too good and is a must in every beauty regime. The smell and how good the quality is for the price is amazing.I love the small size as you can just pop in your bag and use when needed. Also great for popping in your holiday cabin suitcase.I have previously purchased blue tansy dream ; my all time favourite.Highly recommended and will definitely be purchasing again.

I’ve been battling with eczema on my ankle for months now and nothing would get rid of it, no moisturizer, no steroid cream, literally nothing. It was the itchiest patch of eczema I’ve ever had in my life, and I was tearing it to bits every time I slept, I just couldn’t stop myself. In desperation, I ordered this tallow balm, having been informed about tallow benefits recently by several people I follow on Instagram. And can I just say, wow. This is the only thing that has worked for me. I slather it on liberally (even though usually you only need a bit) - my skin barrier was so damaged from the constant itch-scratch cycle I was getting thickened skin in the area and it would just *not* heal. I can honestly say I’ve been using it for 3 days now and my ankle has 75% healed completely and the itch has gone! Whenever I get a tiny bit itchy I slather it on, and it’s really working - I can’t believe it.I read that tallow is the only substance which is more or less exactly like our own sebum and it’s chock full of vitamins and fatty acids which Gelo repair the skin barrier. I’m sold. I have a few stubborn patches of eczema on my hands and fingers which are taking longer to heal because of constant hand-washing, doing dishes etc, but I’m confident they will heal too with more time.I’m ordering another jar as we speak !
