WestonStainless Steel Vertical Sausage Stuffer, Includes Funnels, 11 lbs Capacity, Silver (86-1101-W)

The packaging is great, received it with no damage. I am always afraid of shipping damage when buying big bulky items online. I have already stuffed close to 300lbs of deer summer sausage, Italian breakfast links and what we call Tipton sausage in the 2 weeks I have had it. Works great, especially when compared to stuffing with an electric grinder/stuffer . If you are going to make more than 25 lbs a year, it is a great investment. I used it next a larger much more expensive Cabela's 20 lbs "commercial" unit at a friends place and saw no operational deficiencies when compared to it. In some respects it is built better. It has a stainless steel plunger vs plastic on the Cabela's, The air release valve is metal vs plastic and the stuffing tubes are stainless steel vs Cabela's plastic tubes. My only complaints are that some of the finish work is not up to snuff on mine. There are some ruff spots on the welds where the bottom spout is welded onto the canister. Also the nut which holds the plastic crank handle on came of right away, Had to use split ring pliers to allow the plastic handle to slide far enough to the side to get a tool on the nut since it's hex head is recessed into the plastic. The air release valve also requires a split ring pliers to remove it to clean, not a big deal but not everybody has a split ring pliers at home. These complaints are minor to me and this is a worth while investment that will make stuffing much easier. I can easily stuff by myself with this one.

this thing works awesome I can't live a day without it for all this time and easy to clean if you have a big enough sink

I just love it.Improve work efficiency. It did a clean and fast job. I was making Chinese sausage with it. It came out very good.

Worked great only issue was holes in the elbow looked like they were formed during the molding process

Excellent stuffer, there is very little that I would change about it.

Gave this to our son who loves to make sausage. He loves it and uses it regularly

Works great! I glad to have gotten the larger capacity. My friend has the 5lb. Style and you end up filling it way to much!
