Broken product delivered
The product was broken the first time I received, i replaced it and again the product is broken

Doll house parts were broken specially balcony fence very disappointed...
The media could not be loaded. Very disappointed as the balcony fence was broken... The pink bed was broken,even kitchen shelf was removed I had to fix it with glue... My childrens awaited since long for this doll house so when saw was very very happy... Even it was broken still they asked me to glue it but do not return... As so much they were attached... So I am not returning... I glued it whatever possible... But need to report as this could be so to package issues as the inside small toys was not packed safety as it was wrapped in very thin paper i mean it was butter paper so due to thiy it is been broken...Next time if you send it to anyone pls take care of the small wooden sets specially balcony fence.... Sorry I dint mean to give a bad review this is only a awareness as next time it should not happen to anybody .. This is actually happiness of kids... Kindly take care....

Broken Pieces
The media could not be loaded. We were very disappointed to receive a damaged product with broken and ripped out pieces of wood. We have now asked for a replacement of the product hoping to receive a good product.

broken piece
easy to assemble, received broken top railing . Chose to keep it as return is a hassle during these times. anyways daughter loves it.
