Verification and product registration is an important thing as a customer one needs to be more cautious and responsible. Thanks to Racold customer support; everything went well for me.3. Installation & Demo : I've gone through a lot of pain to get the water heater installed thoroughly and setup the wi-fi module/component and to make it work without any issues. Speaking about the installation, I have had a nightmare experience to get the product up and running. It took hell lot of phone calls, emails and follow-ups to get my water heater fixed.Nearest and a local authorized service center is responsible for the product installation. But, unfortunately they behaved unprofessionally...in fact like crooks. They say they would provide water pipes (which doesn't comes with the product) based on the length — from the place where the water heater is mounted and to the point where the tap is available. But, but...but it is damn expensive. As per them, only 1.5 ft (both inlet & outlet) pipes will be provided, if that's insufficient, every 1 ft extra is chargeable! I was like W-T-H! If you doesn't have any basic knowledge of plumbing and electrification — YOU ARE DONE! They will snatch your money! Be careful. Yes, the poor installation team started doing all sort of nautanki. But, I was in command! Luckily got the installation done.The installation guys were from pure hardware background who hardly knew anything about the Wi-Fi setup. I fixed the wifi thing on my own, by understanding the steps provided in the manual which just looks like an ordinary pamphlet!My dear Racold fellas — make sure you take this whole case seriously and come-up with some better strategies for superior customer service & experience!+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=Coming into the technicalities —+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=1. Product make, look & feel and sturdiness : Looks great. No issues {4/5}2. Accessibility : Yup, we are in the world of IoT. It can be controlled from you mobile. But I don't think there's an option to connect with Google home/Amazon's Echo/any other smart devices {4/5}3. Overall : So far, I'm happy with the water heater and it serves my purpose. For a family of 4, this product would be really handy! {4/5}

Pathetic and non existent customer service by Racold, I tried reaching out to them multiple times via different channels, they always kept saying someone will call you, no one ever came or tried contacting me. I returned the geyser finally as it seems risky. Its an IOT geyser and if anything goes wrong, Racold has to provide service which is not in existence.

I can recommend it to everyone: you can set timings in the app so that the water is heated i.e. in the morning when you want to get ready. You also have the possibility to set several scenarios, i.e. work or vacation, so that you don’t have the hassle of setting up new timings when your everyday life changes. You always can check the temperature in the App and it is very easy to use. Very good value for money. Only thing is that the app can’t switch it on when it is on standby mode- so it has to be switched on the whole time (which is not so bad because it is not heating the water, only when it is programmed to do it). We had a huge decrease of our bijli bill after installing it.

There's lot of problem with wifi requirement. It needs very strong network connection or else you cannot register your product. So I'd to install broadband. ECO mode on wifi suitable only for single user or otherwise useless. You need to open the bathroom door to let the device catch wifi, mine is hardly 10 ft away with good speed and connectivity yet facing problem. Asked technical support they suggested to change router position. Now it's impractical to place router in bathroom for better connectivity. Discovered one more problem because of which I turned off WiFi mode, geyser turns automatically on without your approval accounting to huge power bills. Instead go for without WiFi geyser. This needs lot of improvement with app development.

Bought this almost 11 months ago.. Has not functioned properly since then. In the first 2 months it burst and leaked through out my bathroom. Since then they replaced some parts to make it work. Wifi hasn't worked since then and finally technician came last week and told me some more parts need to be changed and has not returned calls since than. Customer care number is also unresponsive.

update:after few attempts and uninstall/reinstall it finally worked. the interface is simple to use but still, I miss a proper digital panel on the geyser itself (like the Haier spa matrix model). a real-time clock and proper timer setup. the thing which is still not clear to me is why there is no OFF setting in the scheduler. the geyser will keep on running even after it's used!========================The app to connect and use the wifi doesn't work, it just crashes at the connection. tried on various mobiles and OS, the same results everywhere. play store and apple store don't show anyone able to use it. very surprised that the most important selling feature doesn't work and no solution is provided for it!! No response from the development team to fix the issue also.2nd issues, there is no bright or proper led to show that system is ON and heating. in the daytime, it's even more difficult to see with a dim white led... there is no green led as shown in the adv video.Positive is the Unit size is small and fits well, and looks good. As a manual geyser, it's good but not as a connected one.

based on Internet Of Things (IOT),so on Racold Net app via Wi-Fi I can pre schedule the water heater for week whenever I want to heat it up.best thing is, We can precisely control the temperature whether it's Summer or Winter.apart form that both Ergonomics & Aesthetics of Product are very good , well designed & tested Primium components.they also provide Multi function pressure relief Safety value at inlet.Installation is free and they provide good quality inlet & outlet houses.- Jogeshwari east, Mumbai, Maharashtra
