Seems just like a regular hockey so initial thought it wouldn’t be any different but it appears to not bounce up as much a puck I had….plus looks better:-)

Better than a mallet!
Great and more sustained sound than when striking a tuning fork (weighted or not) with a mallet. Highly recommend!

A must have
This item is much needed for using the tuning forks as the set I purchased did not include it. I did not realize that when I ordered the set. That being said, it works great with the tuning forks and they vibrate for quite a long time. Very nice addition to my set.
