These work extremely well and really block out unwanted sounds. Easy to form to your ear and comfortable . I have long hair and it will stick to the earplugs during the night, but it’s a small price to pay for a good night’s sleep.

I have a roommate who snores very loudly! These actually cut out about 95% of the sound. It's important to follow the instructions carefully Not difficult to do, but important. Also, I have learned to not handle them much, keep face cream and such off of them because it will affect the adhesion necessary to block out sound. Nevertheless, they work better than anything else I've used.

I have a light sleep, and my partner is an eloquent snorer. I have tried those pod-like noise reduction products before but couldn't overcome the discomfort when they press against the pillow. I read the instructions on how to use these, for reducing snoring sounds. However they do not mold to the point of staying put over your ear. As a result there is very little noise reduction, rendering these pretty useless. I went back to my foam ear plugs. I'm baffled by the good reviews here.

My husband sites so loud, he could wake the dead. As long as I fall asleep before him with the in, I can sleep through the night. They mold comfortably to the exterior of my ear and are reusable. I use one at a time and tear them in half as they are large and I have small ears.
