I got this tea to help me get the water retention off my legs that I get every springtime. It has really helped out alot and it has only been a couple of day. The only problem I have with it is that to me it has no flavor at all, taste like I'm just drinking water. I have steeped it for 10 mins like it says to do and nothing. So I went up to 20 mins and still nothing. So now I just throw the tea bag in my cup and just leave it. I have started adding lemon or mint to it for flavor. But over all I will buy again because it really has given me relief.
