Can I adjust the mouse to have a larger pointer light?

You can adjust the pointer size and color in Windows. It doesn't matter what mouse you use. Go into devices and then mouse and you will see adjust or change cursor color or size. Don't know about Macs. Hope this helps.

will this work with power mac G5 (late 2005)there an issue with the mouse or mac ?

I looked at my description and it says this mouse works on a MacBook 5. I am not a Mac person so you decide if a Power Mac G5 and a Macbook 5 are different or same.
