Hose fitting on the Acetylene Regulator.
The hose fitting on the Acetylene Regulator is a right-hand thread. hose fitting is left hand thread. When you tighten the hose fitting onto fitting attached to regulator it will loosen the fitting attached to the regulator. the fitting is marked as left-hand threads. but the threads that attaches the fitting to the regulator are right hand threads.
