Disappointed...again.
The media could not be loaded. I fell in love this the design, but this is the second time I ordered this harp and I'm opting to get a refund. The craftsmanship on this one was worse than the first. The strings were oxidized again, and the body itself is once again warped. The box was beat up (again) and there was zero protection for the harp other than its case. As much as I loved the design, I'm very disappointed in the quality.

Came strung left-handed
This arrives with no instructions. Got on YouTube and figured out how to tune it. It runs from middle C to high E so you can play any song in that range with no accidentals. Tuning is very slippery and very sensitive, but hopefully that will settle out as you keep tuning it. You can probably adjust the B and F strings to be sharp and flat, which opens up keys of C, A minor, E minor, F, G, and probably some others. Noticed that all the players on YouTube had the lower notes (thicker strings) closer to them and the higher strings further away which is a pretty intuitive way to play a stringed instrument (I play guitar a little and ukulele a bit more, as well as piano). With this lyre you can't do that and pluck the strings right-handed unless you turn the instrument upside down or put your fingers through the center hole first. Also the strings were pretty tight and oversensitive to tuning. My husband has restrung guitars and ukes before, so we ordered longer strings and he restrung it right-handed. However, in the process it became obvious that the saddle isn't attached at all--it moves around--and the wider *holes* for the strings are made left-handed. Weird. He was able to restring it that way but one string broke and we have to order another one. Anyway, I played it upside-down for a while (works pretty well for folk songs and hymns) and it sounds nice and I'm looking forward to playing it again when the restringing process is done. Will try to remember to update once I've been playing it a while!

It’s beautiful BUT
Item arrived broken, the bridge is completely detached from the lyre and the strings were also broken. It wasn’t shipped in a box, but a bag, and wasn’t packaged to be protected. It’s a beautiful harp and I hoped it would be great for me but it’s just simply to beat up to justify keeping it.

Only buy this if you know nothing about harps
I was attracted to the beauty of this harp, but have never played one before. The photos showed tuning instructions and music. The harp arrived with nothing but the cardboard box, a tuning tool, and one extra string. No instructions, no diagram of what note to tune the strings (which ranged from slack to taught with no tuning), and not even a reference to view for any sort of guidance. I'm incredibly disappointed.

Not Tunable
The media could not be loaded. A few of the tuning pegs don’t stay in place, I’ll tune it and the peg will turn right back to where it was. Not functional at all. It’s an overpriced decoration.

There are better crafted instruments for your money
I received this product for my birthday or I would have returned it. While a somewhat pretty instrument it is very unfinished and poorly put together. The key used to tighten the strings broke the first day and one string is stuck and will not move. The flowers on the body were carved but not finished before stain was slapped down and there were cobwebs and dust in the notch on bottom. Maybe they grabbed mine from the reject pile by accident or something.
