Numbers only

We have a Monarch 1136 already, and it has letters and numbers. So when we needed another Monarch 1136, we assumed it would also have letters and numbers. There is nothing in the description to indicate that it's only numbers and symbols.

Numbers unable to change

Owned since May 2025 the numbers will not turn to adjust to price. I am unable to return it after spending $138.00. This is unacceptable. Do not, I Repeat Do not waste your money!!! I'm out $138.00 and got a plastic paperweight!
