Brass Shower Arm Diverter Valve for Handheld Shower Head and Fixed Spray Head G1/2 3 Way Universal Bathroom System Component Replacement Part, Polished Chrome

100% get this shower diverter chosen in black thanks to ChatGPT was the perfect fit for my previous shower head bronze and gooseneck bronze rod replacement for my apartment. I am 5 foot 3. This 3 way diverter glides effortlessly from my handheld to my showerhead or has equal pressure for both! It’s fantastic and was assembled and attached in less than five minutes. If I can do it, you can definitely do it! I ended up screwing it on and having the lever to go up and down on the right hand side, which I’m totally fine with which means my hose attachment or handheld does come across as shown in my photo and hangs and attaches at the top, the picture shows it just resting on the shower caddy. I was not gonna mess with it since it was a perfect and not spraying out in all directions from the diverter. I did not want it crooked. That was the goal and I did not want it leaking success five stars. I can’t believe I waited this long with just the handheld because I purchased the wrong diverter previously.

The product arrived as advertised. It is of quality solid brass construction, and came with a supply of three extra washers. The also-included supply of Teflon plumbers tape was unexpected, but appreciated, and will save someone a trip to the hardware store to pick up a roll. This item replaced a failed shower diverter that was original to my bathroom's fixtures. The gold finish was a perfect match. It installed quickly and easily with a standard adjustable wrench. The original shower head and hose fit perfectly. Other reviewers mentioned that their water flow was reduced, but I did not find that to be the case with mine. The water flow has actually seemed to improve with this new diverter. The diverter switch glides easily and is a pleasure to change between the shower head and the handheld sprayer. Couldn't be happier with this product! Highly recommended!

This product is high in quality and esthetics. Also, EZ to install. Great value..

Great product, easy to install, works great! Seems to be built well. Size is good, switching the spray option is smooth. All around pretty good shower attachment.

Nicely made doesn't leak, seems sturdy, I'm impressed, would recommend

This was perfect for what I was trying to do. I now have a shower head that has a little more angle ability so it does not hit the back wall of the shower and spill out to the floor. In addition I bought a sliding detachable shower head to put in for my youngest child to begin using. This diverter allows me to use the fixed shower head and detachable shower head in the same bath tub space! Feels great, very solid, works incredibly well. I guess if I had to pick something to change it would be to change the valve handle so it could be controlled on both sides of the diverter as it ends up facing the wall side of the shower so it is hard to change this outside the shower enclosure without getting wet. Not a huge deal, but occasionally comes up.

Product was exactly what I needed. Quality & Finish were great. Highly recommend!

Smooth operation. A lot better than cheap big box valves.

Excellent product. Easy to install and looks great. No leaks. I totally Recommend this product.

I found this product to be of very good quality. Actually, I used this product in conjunction with a shower extension bar and a rainforest shower head. I needed the diverter for the existing shower handle to work as well. Easy to install. Some care is needed in tightening - don't overtighten - just until it won't turn any more. Works great! It was actually for my girlfriend's tub who has a hard time washing her hair in the kitchen sink.

Good quality, working well

Es lo que esperaba

The box was broken maybe that’s why I was not able to find any Teflon tape or washer but overall I’m happy with the purchase. Recommend for sure.
