Better than expected
"Renewed" products are always a risk. This one had plenty of negative reviews but the price was right. It's actually pretty good. Sound is clear. Folk on the other end can hear me well even in noisy environments. It could be louder bit it's OK. It's very comfortable. Definitely worth the price.

Decent, but battery doesn’t last
After over a year of use, I found it good at first. Bluetooth had no issues, audio and mic were clear. Comfort is not the best, but good enough for an hour or two. However, max volume is too low and the biggest complaint is that it nooner holds a charge. It runs out of battery after 30 minutes on a full charge and repeats “low battery” message while on a call and disrupts hearing/talking. The lack of battery charge makes this no longer useable after one year.

Great fit
Love this headset and they are so hard to find. If you have small ears this is the best one. It fits perfectly and does not hurt your ear no matter how long you wear it. Great sound quality and easy to pair. Great value for the price

Could it be any more worthless?
This unit refuses to show up in bluetooth scans and is not useable. It is worthless. I would give it zero stars but Amazon hasn't accomodated that.

People on other ends say sounds bad.
Bought "renewed - New". Sound thru ear piece sounds good, however people on other end say my voice sounded very poor. So, not sure if issue with this unit that was returned and then resold as "renewed" or just not a quality product, but this one is going back.As a follow up on second unit - still get complaints that my voice sounds very poor. So looks like it is the unit, and was not the "renewed unit" issue. So again, going to be returned.

Love my Jabra!
It’s so easy to use & it’s pretty hidden, unlike others. So comfortable i forget I’m wearing it. I used to find them at the store but now all they sell are the AirPods which I didn’t want. Happy to find them here online! 😊
