Great little resource and tool!
I'm a clinical social worker in private practice. I see people who are dealing with stress all the time. These business-card-sized stress monitors are a perfect little tool to teach a point with clients - and something that is inexpensive enough to send home. The cardstock is just heavy enough to protect the card, but it won't add much bulk to a wallet.

Works Like A Mood Ring!
These little cards really work, just like the old Mood Rings. I use these in classroom demonstrations and they really help illustrate the topic of stress and its related problems.
