There used to be one nail varnish that helped my weak nails but as it is with things that work, it’s no longer being produced. Very small tablets so great if you have difficulty swallowing tablets.My main disappointment with this was the ridiculous size of the container. Its massive and the tablets only fill 1/4 of it so it totally unnecessary for it to be that big.The tablets seem to be working OK. I switched to this product after my previous biotin tablets stopped being sold on amazon. Those had helped make my hair more healthy and thicker (I hadn't noticed as much but my hairdresser said it was noticeably thicker after 6 months of not seeing her due to lockdowns). I don't always remember to take them every day but try to make sure I have them 5 times a week. I haven't noticed my hair getting any thinner again in the last month since switching so think they are doing their job

I was a bit skeptical when I purchased these, I had quite a bit of hair falling out and very weak nails, after 4 months of taking these I have seen a vast improvement, hair is definitely thicker and glossier and I no longer have handfuls coming out when washing my hair, and my nails are much stronger. Very easy to swallow and love having a years supply, I highly recommend these.

I've been taking these daily for 6 months now hoping to improve the condition of my thinning hair. They are easy to swallow and are in recyclable packaging but I can't say they have made the improvement I was looking for. My nails are stronger though, are smoother and seem to grow quicker. The tablets are good value as you get a years supply but I'm not sure if I will buy again.

Been using these for few weeks now, my hair is very thin and was falling out really bad condition due to health and medication. I do believe that these are helping quite abit but just to say I also have started them with using a biotin shampoo and conditioner. My hair does seem fuller and much better condition so will continue to use as it came as full one year supply, good value for the price. Well just a update as have now been taking these for awhile now and definitely have seen a difference in my lifeless thinning hair, even my hairdresser says its now thicker and healthier. I will certainly carry on with these very happy :)

Didn't think they would do anything but my nails are growing now. From a life long nail biter seeing them grow actually makes me want to keep them growing. Can't say iv noticed any change in my hair but my hair is a nightmare to begin with. Great price for a year's worth of tablets. The bottle could have been made smaller though

i find it hard to swallow tables so these are idea as they are tiny. I’m looking forward to seeing the results, people have already began to comment on my hair. I also like the fact that you get 365 tablets so I don’t have to worry for a whole year.

Very small tablet, which is great! I’ve just started taking it, so can’t say if it’s good.The package is ok, but not plastic at all 💕 and I found a bit of messy inside of the container, I don’t know if there’s any tablet crushed or something. But very good for price!
