Quality custom ear molds on the cheap!
Simple to use and more than enough for two ears! Following the directions was pretty simple. Just make sure you only mix as much as you will use immediately... I divided the contents of each bubble in half to make it easier.

Great product
This was exactly what I was looking for. The silicone units are already packaged to the appropriate ratio making it a very convenient product. They were even labeled with the date I ordered, which is a nice touch.

Good stuff, slight propensity to harden and to tear, chilling recommended
Mixed reviews, it works sometimes, and once it got stuck in two syringes so wasting both syringes and the mood. One time the cast came out way harder than I expected, so don't expect Radians like softness here. On the other hand, my finished mold was also subject to tearing, so it's not that strong either. However, it is recommended to pre-chill in a fridge to increase working time, so I may try that. It's a bit hard to be mixed with a spatula so that's not going to work as a way of preventing early hardening.

... make my own ear impressions and these are the best molds available to do so
I make my own ear impressions and these are the best molds available to do so. To lengthen the time I have before it starts to cure, I place them in the refrigerator for 60 minutes. Then when mixing them, I use a mirror and a small baking spatula to keep the heat from my hands down to a minimum. This has worked the best for me as it gives me an extra minute to place it into the syringe and then inject it into my ear canal.NOTE: This is not for everyone. If you have any doubts, go to a professional audiologist.

Highly recommended. Make your own ear impressions or earplugs
Purchased to make my own ear impressions for custom IEMs, saving myself a trip to an audiologist & $150. This allows me to make 5 pairs! The first impression didn't come out too well as the material started to set more quickly than I had anticipated. You do need to work the 2 parts together rather quickly, but after that I got the hang of it. Shipping was quick & the date the material was prepped was clearly marked on each pack. Highly recommended. Be sure to use safely & with foam blocks.
