I have been using this product for a year now. It is tasty. I take it every morning with my chewable biotin. This has been my favorite brand. I can get a perfect dose. Be careful in taking too much. It is bio-available. Your body will use most of it. So a small dose is plenty even if you have mutations.I started taking it because a friend who is a social worker said it might help with depression, especially if you have some MTHFR mutations. I started taking small doses and it immediately and drastically improved my depression symptoms. I was curios, so I then had my DNA tested for MTHFR mutations and I happen to have several. My cells don't do a very good job of putting a methyl group on folate to use in the serotonin receptors in my brain. This can cause depressive episodes. I make sure to take a B complex along with it. I couldn't tolerate a methylated B-12. This is the only methylated B vitamin I take and it had near miraculous results. Nutrition and key nutrients are essential for mental health.

We were advised to get this formula after having a gene sight test done. My son has no problem taking it.

I wanted to add a little extra folate to my supplements for pre-conception nutrition, and these were just the right dose to add to my prenatal vitamin. The small chewable tables smell like cotton candy and taste amazing. I wish I could take more than 1 a day!

Tastes good you get what you need I'll need a higher dose I personally dont think this is enough for anyone per directions.
